Should we expect any surprises from the FDA as they move to regulate E-cigarrettes?
I believe there wont be too many surprises for companies that are already following standard safe practices in manufacturing safe e-liquids. FDA will regulate, and when they do im expecting them to treat e-liquids just as they tobacco products. Which means the same restrictions for age, marketing, and packaging laws, and good manufacturing practices. This maybe the end for many home based suppliers. Which in my opinion is a good thing!
